Dr. Juliya Soldyshev, CEO and Founder of Zenith Anesthesia Partners, was recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Healthcare professionals in 2023 for her dedication, achievements, and leadership in the field of anesthesia.
Juliya earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2000 at Kharkiv National Medical University in Ukraine, followed by a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in international business in 2004. She immigrated to the United States in 2004 to continue her studies at Washington University, graduating in 2007 with a Master in Public Health.
With a strong interest in anesthesiology, she decided to pursue a Master of Science in anesthesia science in 2011 from Webster University. In 2011, Juliya began her career as a nurse anesthetist with Anesthesia Partners and The Great Falls Clinic through 2014. She then was selected for a fellowship in Hamline University’s advanced pain management program in 2014.
Following her fellowship, she served as a chief certified registered nurse anesthetist and pain provider from 2014 to 2016 at Banner Health, before continuing her career at MAP Gottlieb and NorthStar Anesthesia. Juliya’s passion for anesthesiology motivated her to continue her studies at Barry University, completing a Doctorate of Nursing Practice in 2018.Since then, Juliya served as a managing partner of a healthcare staffing agency for 3 years before founding a mobile anesthesia services company, Zenith Anesthesia Partners, providing hospitals, surgical centers, and office-based clinics in the greater Chicago area with expert comprehensive anesthesia services.
Beyond her professional responsibilities, Dr. Soldyshev is passionate about giving back to her communities, volunteering her medical services abroad and supporting families in need in her home city of Kharkiv, Ukraine.
